- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 16549430, 2 months agoI installed this to try to fix one problem - the dreaded Youtube not playing the first fraction of audio in a video, typically causing silence to the first two syllables. Clicking "mono" fixes this problem and seems to work throughout a viewing session from one video to another. Taking one star off because I would like this to remember my setting for Youtube until I change it. Sometimes Youtube glitches and I need to refresh the page but refreshing the page means I need to set the SoundFixer again.
- Yettwasezmel 3 ɣef 5sɣur Ghis1964, 3 months agoGood. But I wanted something like as a per-site setting. I have to set it back again which defeats the purpose of not having to mess with eg: youtube's video volume.
Better yet, something that when the volume is under "xyz-decibel" the app would set it to the reasonable match.
Thx. Maybe next time. - Yettwasezmel 1 ɣef 5sɣur ioan, 5 months ago
- Yettwasezmel 2 ɣef 5sɣur Jim, 5 months agoWorks, but doesn't remember the volume level between episodes on Netflix, so you have to reapply the settings very often. Annoying.
- Yettwasezmel 2 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 19437636, 7 months agoon macOS it just cuts the audio whenever a slider is touched

- Yettwasezmel 4 ɣef 5sɣur Akuta, 7 months agoThis at the surface level is a great extension. The lack of ability to designate domain-level settings that save between windows is unfortunate, thus the four instead of five stars.
The whole reason for wanting volume control on individual tabs for many users is so the user doesn't have to repeatedly set the volume every time the next entry loads (like on FB reels, Instagram stories, or Youtube shorts). - Yettwasezmel 1 ɣef 5sɣur Sqwertz, 8 months agoI keep my 8W stereo HDMI-attached speakers (built into an Asus 28" 4K monitor) at 100% and my Windows 10 Volume slider at 50% normally. I thought this would help level the sound on Youtube, if not anything else.
I've had this extension installed for almost two years and forgot about it because it didn't change anything. In that time I still constantly encounter videos where I can't turn the volume up enough to hear, and more often videos that come obnoxiously loud at only 1/4th the volume on the Windows taskbar Volume slider.
Obviously I must be doing something wrong, such as perhaps misinterpreting the purpose of this extension. - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 18380993, 8 months ago
