Tracks who's streaming across Twitch, Picarto, Piczel, & experimentally Youtube, and displays a notification when someone you follow on those sites goes live. Additionally, provides a popup displaying all the people you follow on those sites that are currently streaming.
update notification logic to ignore old cache updates. supports multiple streams in 1 notification, but is kinda janky. hopefully have fixed instances where the background update alarm never gets created. bugfixes.
