Updated the Picture in Picture to briefly swap to the tab, enable Picture in Picture, and then swap back to the original tab to add as little downtime as possible. Some sites disallow PiP and as of right now, I do not think there is a workaround.

Added the ability to go into Picture in Picture from the extension on allowed sites.

Fixed the manager hooking elements that weren't frames and certain sites not having any audio controls available.
