Doesn't show toolbar while showing whole page translation opened from a link in the initially translated page

It's useful tool for me, but there's a bug, why when I select a text it doesn't show an icon or translate the text immediately like one that in google chrome web store?

It isnt that good because it has to open new page to translate

Having trouble using this. It don't work like in other browsers.
