Trcker is a lightweight time-tracking companion for Jira Cloud. This extension
pairs with the Trcker desktop app (macOS, Windows, Linux) to give you one-click
time tracking right from any Jira issue page — no more switching windows to
log work.

WHAT IT DOES

• Adds a Start / Stop / Switch button to the breadcrumb on every Jira issue.
Click once to start a timer; click again to stop and post a worklog to Jira.

• Detects every Jira tab you have open and reports the visible issue keys to
the desktop app, so the tray menu always knows what you're working on.

• Lets the desktop app pick up the active issue automatically — switching
Jira tabs surfaces the right ticket in the tray without you typing
anything.

REQUIREMENTS

The Trcker desktop app must be installed and running.

The extension does nothing on its own — it is purely a bridge between your
browser and the local desktop app.
