This seems to work well but I have run into downloads where it would fail and I would still have to use the built-in firefox downloader to retry the download. It doesn't have as polished an interface as "download status bar" or the convenience of "down them all" but since those extensions either don't work with FFQ or offer nothing more than cosmetic benefit, there are precious few choices besides this one. I suppose it may be speeding up downloads by a few seconds with the multi-threading, but this is a purely subjective and anecdotal observation that is not based on any actual speed measurements.

Stuck if i pause a download, resume not supported and nor a can clear that ....

I'm comparing this to the defunct DownThemAll extension. On the plus side, downloads seem faster than normal Firefox downloads. If that's true and not just misperception on my part, then it is a good start to a download manager extension. What I would like to see in the future is a visual representation of how many sessions are open on the download. It would be nice to be able to add mirror sites. I would also like to see a built in hash verifier (MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, etc.).

To the extension developers, good work filling a need. Now it's time to add some wow factor.

This extension erroneously reports download sizes as -1. Using Windows 10, Firefox 60.0.2.
