In the past when this worked it was one of my favorite extension (best are adblockers) but for some reason they hasn't worked in a very long time, hopefully the developer updates this in the future.

Seems not to work. (I got Youtube dark theme.)

This is excellent. Does exactly what it it says on the tin and hides all of the worthless machine-generated recommendations that YouTube keeps throwing in my face.

My only complaint--and it's minor--is that I don't have the option to hide ALL recommendations.
