It makes the entire browser lag even when you're just opening a new tab. I confirmed Ant Video Downloader was the problem and haven't had an issue since disabling it.
Hoping for an update that makes it usable again but for now I don't recommend it.

Please try to completely reinstall the extension and Native Application to reset the settings from previous installations.
