    Translate Page would be excellent, if it could have the option, embedding the translated text onto the original one (replacing) while keeping the native formatting, instead of opening in a new tab.

    I am very pleased with this add-on. What I like most about it the ability to have words I want/need translated and then can also see them used in sentences. VERY NICE!

    Are you sure that you need the permission "Access your data for all websites"? I believe that for the current page - you do not need it.

    Hello,
    I need host permissions for each of the translator services my addon supports, so theoretically, I could replace with a list of 7+ domains, one of each translation page.
    However, some translators are using also other domains, for example google translate also loads data from "gstatic.com". Plus if they ever change it in the future, I would have to ask for a new host permission, which would force each user to approve the new permission!

    So using permission for all pages solved this issue, even though for a cost of big and dangerous permission :(.
    Note that originally, this addon was developed only for Thunderbird, where permission to "access to all pages" is not as big issue since people don't open pages there :).

    Fast exakt das was ich gesucht habe. Einfache Bedienung, übersetzte Webseiten werden im neuen Tab geöffnet. Dabei wird sogar das Webseiten Layout beibehalten. Absolut super. Vielen Dank für dieses sehr gute Addon.

    Il parait que c'est facile à utiliser, je n'ai pas trouvé comment traduire une page entière, je peut traduire le texte sélectionné mais ça ne marche pas si j'utilise "tout sélectionner" dans le menu contextuel de thunderbird...

    Hello,
    Thank you for reporting this!
    It seems that Bing whole page translation is broken.
    But you can change it to use "Google translate" instead which still works - in the Settings / Translate page.

    The addon is indeed mainly meant to be used to translate selected text.

    req:
    if possible, add a bubble Upon selecting a word or sentence and click to translate, instead of context menu, it will reduce step to translate, and more efficient like other famous translator did...

    Did you changed the default language in the settings?
    Also what translator provider did you used?
    I should be able to fix it if I can reproduce it.
