I would rather if this add-on worked within the normal image save function. It's extremely annoying that it doesn't apply the image files' existing name, and instead only wants to name everything "latest" with no filetype extension. Each time it chooses the default download folder instead of remembering the last folder used. At least it works, and offers *some* solution, but it's only halfway there, so I rate it effectively half score.

- Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 14286762, 6ヶ月前Works like a charm, as far as I am concerned.
At first, I thought it was a shame it saved the image in .png but I then realised that plenty of options are available in the extensions parameters.
Marche à merveille, en ce qui me concerne.
Au début je trouvais dommage que l'image soit enregistré en .png pour ensuite réaliser que pleins d'options sont disponibles dans les paramètres de l'extension. - So far so good it works, don't know anything technical but it converts .avif to png format just right click on images and convert and then save location, don't know why .avif even exists it's a stupid format and firefox needs to fix this as I dont really like using alot of addons, it takes up memory in total, but this one is 5 star unless there's an issue in the future at some point.
Programmer deserves donations for this so if you're rich donate to the guy and buy them some coffee and a snack.
I feel like i need to update this, and think to myself there's no way to set a shortcut key so when holding a key on keyboard then left clicking the image should activate this addon, but there's no way to do this, I had to remove stars because multiple images is a tedius 1990's download caveman jobs - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Seän Shepherd, 10ヶ月前

- Somewhere it doesn’t work, it downloads empty five kilobytes!
So guess where it was downloaded and where it was not downloaded. A setup!

yeffeɣ-d deg 1年前The image that you are trying to download is hosted on a server that uses some kind of hotlink protection. (you can only access it when you are active on certain webstites). unfortunately the nature of this addon makes it incompatible with these kinds of protection. instead of the image you got an error response that resulted in the empty file. - This is very useful! However, I really want this to have an option for "convert and copy to clipboard".
Often, when I copy images onto storyboards, the service will compress larger images, destroying their utility for art.
If this extension had a convert + copy button, I'd be able to easily upload the tiny WebP files instead, which aren't compressed.
I know this works because I can do so manually, with `cwebp` on a terminal window. However, that's kind of slow, and it'd be super nice in this extension!
Anyway, I love this extension. Thanks for helping my workflow 🥰Tiririt n ineflayen
yeffeɣ-d deg 1年前Thank you for the suggestion, I have looked into the matter and unfortunately Firefox is currently not capable of programmatically copying a webp image to the clipboard. Only png and jpeg formats are supported. - Yettwasezmel 5 ɣef 5sɣur Aseqdac Firefox 14855386, 2年前Very useful & productive... best converter till now
