The pop-ups are very annoying. The majority of the time the pop-up will appear in a bad location, blocking buttons on the main page I am browsing, and there is no way to close the pop-up so I just have to wait for it to automatically close.

Don't be bothered by the Capital One popup; it's worth the time, particularly during gift-buying seasons like Christmas. Those little discounts start to add up and at the end of the day, it's worth the time and effort.
