Enhances the Willhaben.at website by displaying the publication date and time in listings. This extension automatically identifies the publication date and time for each listing and appends it in the format "Veröffentlicht: DD.MM.YYYY um HH:MM Uhr" before the term "Zuletzt geändert". The modification is performed only once and with minimal performance impact.
