Mutes but doesn't skip

it mutes the ad but not skipping it

Perfect, works as advised, ad gets the views and you don't get annoyed. Everyone wins.

Does not work on music.youtube.com. On youtubes music page the ads just plays normally with sound

Die Leute bei den es nicht funzt, rate ich mal die anderen AddOns abzustellen, um Fremdeinflüsse auszuschließen.

If this worked more reliably, it would be fantastic. The operation is currently inconsistent. Sometimes it works as advertised, muting and skipping. But then it stops working. At that point, opening add-ons in firefox, disabling this then turning it back on fixes it, temporarily.

I have not been able to identify yet the circumstances or conditions that trigger the failure.

Is there any hope that this nice add-on will be actively maintained?

Really good, when it works sadly works about 1/2 of the time. Especially seems to fail when video is opened in new tab. Needs more updates.

neither skips nor mutes. does not work

Worked with issues up until recently (sometimes required refreshing the page). Now it only mutes, but doesn't skip.

The parts that work, work great. It does as it says, mutes and skips ads. BUT it doesn't stay on when you close YT, and you cannot add it to the Extensions toolbar, so you have to open extensions, and switch it back on. Almost negates the usefulness to have to it every time.

Just straight up doesn't work for me. Doesn't mute ads, doesn't skip ads and literally breaks the mute button so I can't mute videos or ads manually.

Does exactly what it says it does, makes watch videos much more enjoyable. Especially because ads can be louder than the actually video. Watching something relaxing? *BAM* ad with loud music. But not anymore!

Really nice add-on but doesn't work on every ad.

Works as advertised. Wonderful silence during ads & skips ads as soon as button is available. I find that this is one of the best quality-of-life improvement add-ons.
