Simplesmente perfeito!! Só utilizei por alguns segundos, mas totalmente funcional e é exatamente o que procurava, agora ele pega qualquer legenda em ingles e faz tradução simultanea, sem necessidade de ir colocar tradução automatica e selecionar a linguagem do youtube.

Приложение отлично справляется с тем, что от него требовалось — выставить языком субтитров по-умолчанию язык, отличный от языка браузера и языков предпочтений в настройках учетной записи Google. Довольно запутанная взаимосвязь переключателей для первого языка, второго и того, что именно делают настройки "Subtitles/CC (2)", "Default subtitles" и "Single subtitles". Upd. Дополнение перестало работать, отключая возможность просмотра субтитров в принципе.
