    This add-on was working great, until just recently it no longer works. Was there an update that broke something????

    Thank you for the report. There was an update on YouTube today that broke the extension. The newest version 2.0.2 should fix the issue.

    Twitch has had this feature for years, IDK why youtube has never implemented it. This extension works perfectly, haven't had any problems whatsoever.

    thx!! when I use this I just realized youtube can be pop up the chat and checking the participant too😅
    but I still love this, it's help me when I want the video screen to be big and I don't wanna scroll down just for chatting and I glad firefox can support the fullscreen...

    Makes Youtube just like Twitch. Amazing! Wish it had a light and dark chat mode though, so I don't have to change it in Youtube itself every time

    Thank you for your feedback. The newest version includes an option 'Force dark theme in theater mode', no need to change the theme yourself anymore.

    Works excellently! Could you add a method for exiting the live chat mode with the ESC key as well?

    Thank you for your feedback. The newest version does now exit theater mode when 'Esc', 'f' (fullscreen shortcut) or 't' (toggle between default youtube modes shortcut) are pressed. This only works if the video container has focus.

    I have been looking for an addon like this for so long! Only things I would change is it would be nice to have a toggle to switch to dark mode only while in theater mode. Would also be nice if it was open source. Other than that, perfect!

    Works well as described. Unlike other review mentions, doesn't lag videos at all.
    Would be cool if the chat panel could be removed automatically when popping out chat.

    Thank you for your feedback. With version 3.0.0 the chat panel is now automatically removed when chat is popped out, and added again when the popped out chat is closed.

    Does what is says, but it makes every youtube video and stream lag alot

    Edit: I updated Firefox to 82.0.3 and the issue seems to be resolved

    This extension should not in any way impact videos and streams, and only have minor, unnoticeable impact on site loading times. Please make sure your internet connection is fine and try disabling other extensions, to see if there is any conflict. If the problem persists please let me know your exact browser version (Firefox menu -> Help -> About Firefox).
