You're absolutely right: at the moment, the blocking is intentionally soft and non-intrusive — it's meant to support self-control, not force it.
That said, you're not alone in wanting a stricter mode, and I'm currently thinking through how to implement a "harder to disable" version for those who want stronger boundaries. Stay tuned, and thanks again for the great suggestion!

I’ve already added a Strict Mode that makes it harder to remove rules by accident. It’s a basic first step toward stronger protection, and I’m now working on additional features to give you even more control. The next update is coming soon!
