Google Search Fixer에 대한 리뷰 – Firefox Android용 부가 기능 (ko)

Works great to change the search appearance.

One small issue: since the UA is one that's reported by a real Android device, this results in a new "LG Nexus 5" entry in Google's "Recently Used Devices" list (myaccount.google.com/device-activity). I spent a while digging through my activity log to figure out if someone used my account on another phone before figuring out that this extension caused the entry to show up. Using some bogus Android model might work better for the purposes of this extension.

Thanks so much for the heads up, but it looks like I can't find a magical value to use that will fool that page into showing "Google Search Fixer" on that list. They actually seem to be guessing at a device model based on the Android version number in the string, and maybe the navigator.platform value, as no matter what navigator properties I fiddle with I can only get it to say "LG Nexus 4", "Samsung Galaxy Edge S7", or "Asus Nexus 7 (2013)". I think I'll just have to jot down a note in the addon description so that other users are aware of this.

Results in a vast improvement over the normal Firefox for Android Google home page. Very pleased with the result. Something had updated recently and Google looked like it had travelled back to about 2005.This addon sorted things out.

Is there something Google Search is missing or doing differently for the desktop/Windows version of Firefox, or were you hoping to simply use the addon to get the mobile/Android Search experience on Windows as well?
