Two complaints:
1 - I wish the impulse blocker would come into effect as soon as the pause timer runs out.
2 - Sometimes after the pause timer runs out I can click on different links of the blocked web page without necessarily refreshing the page, even though the url does change, thus letting me continue to access the page.

- It works well, it's a bit of a pain to pause/turn off (on mobile especially so), and easy to add sites to the list, all things that actually help me adhere to the purpose I downloaded the extension in the first place. I almost wish there was a type of 2FA or something like that to turn off the extension. Anything that adds extra steps to prevent my lazy butt from disabling/pausing it.

Ein Stern Abzug, weil nach Ablaufen der Pausezeit geöffnete Webseiten nicht blockiert werden und die es keine Möglichkeiten gibt die Pausenzeiten besser zu konfigurieren. - Updating my review: Add-on didn't do anything initially but after a restart seems to work!
Some UX suggestions:
* It's unclear if 'Block' and 'Allow' turn the setting on or off (the colors have the opposite of what you'd expect, so it should be checkbox or an on/off slider).
