The extension uses only the activeTab permission to insert a small informational panel on the current page of a public real estate listing (spitogatos.gr). From the DOM, we read exclusively information that is already publicly displayed — price, area, number of rooms, textual location — and use it locally, within the tab, to calculate and display estimates of rates/income/ROI for short-term rental operations. We do not access other tabs, collect browsing history, identify or transmit personal data. We do not run in the background and do not send anything to the server without explicit user action ("Generate Report")
