9년 전에 게시됨Unfortunately, it depends on your operating system. Ctrl AND 1-8 is a shortcut to switch between tabs on Windows. Pressing ctrl AND comma or period AND 0-9, all the same time, may switch to another tab.
Therefore, it's best to press ctrl AND comma or period first, then release and press a number afterwards.
There is also a small time frame (one second) where you need to press the number, after pressing ctrl AND comma or period.
If you can't get it to work, could you tell your OS and Firefox version, please? Maybe even your keyboard layout.

You're correct, the issue was about the keyboard layout. I uploaded a new version now, which should fix the issue. You can choose a keyboard shortcut you prefer or you can just use the toolbar popup.
