permissions needed:
- storage: for storing the tracks and tags in the browser local storage.
- tabs, activeTab: for creating and managing the youtube puppet playing mode, that permits playing the video in the youtube site, and skip to the next video when finished. It does not use tabs that are not created by the extension.
- downloads: for downloading a json file with the tracks and tags.
- all_urls: a skill issue, still searching for a method to restrict it down to only youtube.com
