If I can make one recommendation I would ask for UI enhancements to make it easier to see what is being blocked (for when a site doesn't load properly and one needs to selectively unblock stuff).

Top AdBlocker. Besonders gefällt mir die Möglichkeit große Grafiken und Webfonts zu blocken, denn dadurch werden Websites deutlich schneller. Es ist nervig, dass jede Website erst einmal Google Fonts laden will. Ansonsten die üblichen Funktionen, bei deutlicher besserer Performance. Wenn AdBlock, dann der hier.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the single most important addon available for Firefox. My tip for new users is to go through the Wiki instruction manual on the developer's Github page, and learn about "hard" and "medium" blocking modes, as well as dynamic vs. static filtering. If you're anything but the most basic of computer users, a medium/hard blocking mode will help you get more out of uBlock Origin. It's really not hard to accomplish.
