This is THE BEST password manager there is. It just doesn't work properly on Firefox like it does on Chrome. It hardly ever loads. There is no shortcut to quickly load suggestions. I keep having to launch the app separately, while on Chrome one can use hit CTRL+SHIFT+X and continue.

the 1Password extension seems to have died completely. I have stopped and restarted it.
I have removed it. I have reinstalled it.
As at Nov. 1, 2024 it just will not work anymore.
I CANNOT get it to UNLOCK!!!!
I just keeps popping up with a welcome window which I cannot get past. I do NOT Need to "Add an Account" and when I sign in.. I just get logged into my 1Password account.
The pop up window that may indicate some follow up step is HIDDEN behind a "sidebar" window which cannot be closed!
So I guess it is IMPOSSIBLE to INSTALL the extension, even though it appears in my menu bar with the locked icon -- which, as I say I CANNOT GET TO LOAD so I can input my password and CARRY ON!!!
I am getting sick and tired of fighting with this program extension.

Need to click 1Password Icon in Browser Toolbar to log in to any site.....only there is no 1Password icon in my browser's toolbar

The new view when updating a password for an existing entry does not allow me to select the entry I want to update (even tho url should match).

I like the concept of 1Password, but QUIT FORCING YOUR LATEST PASSKEY BS ON US. Just say no. First it was longer, complex passwords, but that wasn't enough. Then it was two factor authentication, but that wasn't enough. Now it's passkeys, and that won't be enough. (Watch: next is going to be validated idenfication to log into web sites.."for your security and protection.") Just another method to collect nodal information on all the users. Not revealing data, but I'd bet the "non identifying data" is sold to the highest bidders, including the NSA and every other government agency that now can use the AI intelligence collection methods on us all. Sad, really.

I like 1Password and its features, but add-on is not great at all.

Add-on forces auto-submit when clicking on item on MacOS.
Autofill prompt is shown over firefox native suggestions in text boxes.
