2년 전에 게시됨Hey there! 1Password in the Browser only supports 1Password Accounts, if you're using an older standalone vault, you'll want to use the 1Password Classic extension instead.

- 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 17858178 님, 2년 전The app freezes about 50% of the time when saving new accounts. This has caused me a lot of frustration and lost work. It's surprising that this is a paid service and this bug just exists eternally rent free. Avoid 1password.

Garbage extension.

- 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 17812330 님, 2년 전Monstrous and confusing pain to transfer after upgrade. 6 months of unusablity. forced to keep information old old computer.After this , post it notes look good. Cannot migrate or retrieve backed up data with proper passwords . overwrites FF password file. Horrible experience that has taken me a week to simply get bare functions returned. They do not respond to help contacts. Happy with it for 10 years , then their wheels fell off, needless complexity and unneeded "features"

- 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 17780621 님, 2년 전The new 1Password X isnt working on my firefox. I install the add-on and when i want to open it says "cant open app". I dont know what is wrong. Un-installed and re-installed multiple times, no change. This is very bad as the user experience is terrible like this.

Reinstalled 1Password app...no luck. Support appears to be nonexistent for this problem

Apparently the trial ended and I paid for a Family subscription. I don't know why because I am a widower, living alone. My four children live with their families.
I tried setting up 1Password last September 26 and found it difficult to set up and I didn't have time to play with it.
Just yesterday, Aug 3, Firefox Monitor notified me that they have found my email address in a new data breach. So I thought of trying to setup 1Password again. And now I see that I am not 'computer savvy' and see that the setup is CONFUSING AS HELL!! I want my money refunded. I need something much simpler.개발자 답글

I'm a 5+ year user, and this is the least bad option for now, but I'm really looking forward to switching to anything else.
