- 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 13217247 님, 3년 전Upgraded to 1Password 8 and this extension. The extension never loads, just spins to oblivion. I'll probably be reverting to 7 and the (desktop required) version of the extension.

I’m sorry to hear of the difficulty you are having with 1Password in your browser, it sounds like it may be having a hard time connecting with your 1Password app.

It sounds like the connection to automatically unlock your extension with the desktop app isn't working as expected.

In order to use 1Password in your browser with a standalone license you will need to install the classic version of 1Password in your browser. Here is the link to install this: https://support.1password.com/cs/1password-classic-extension/.

Looking forward to hearing from you.- Not easy or convenient, wasted my time downloading all my vital/private information; to not be able to call upon it. Also doesn't support multiple accounts across multiple platforms, i.e: Yahoo,G-mail,Hotmail... syncing is a problem, trying to use the app from multiple devices is a nightmare.

Looking forward to hearing from you :)- 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 14564543 님, 3년 전Requires the desktop app and "Exchange messages with programs other than Firefox". Never use an extension that requires this permission. The extension needs to stand on its own feet. I don't want to run the stupid desktop app constantly on my computer.

The latest version of 1Password in the browser can run independently without the need to install the desktop app. You can install it from here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/1password-x-password-manager/
If you continue to have trouble please drop an email to support+x@1password.com where our team can further assist. - Continuous Sync problems. Extension randomly stops syncing with vault and even uninstalling and reinstalling does not sync it. Upon contacting support, they had me do a whole rigmarole with settings and log out and in, and it started syncing temporarily and then stopped again. Just give us a sync button.
When I log into the extension it opens the web vault and requires me to log into that as well. Sometimes even requires a third login to the desktop app. Requires a log in every time I edit an entry.개발자 답글
