Improve look and functionality of the hide works feature when the reason is shown.

This release is mostly just fixes and code updates.

• Extension should be overall a bit faster
• Github issues #97, #94, #87, #85 should hopefully all be fixed :)

- Turn off automatic user login and updating, since it was causing issues. This means that you now need to manually press the login button in options.

- Add refresh button to 'Finish at' for chapter stats too
- Add a link to chapter index from chapter stats' 'published'
- Add a queue to TrackWorks, this should fix issue where AO3 gets angry and just shows "Retry Later"

- Improve track works with both subscribtions and bookmarks
- Fix bug where the links in stats are gone
- Fix bug with username updating getting stuck in a loop

- Add note about where to report bugs and request features
- Allow import and export of extension data
- Increase min versions so we can be sure all the features that are needed are present
- Check for kudos again when opening a work (could be that kudos was given on another device that then didn't show up).

- Fixes a rare case where the Kudos/Hits ratio would show Infinity%
- Add a refresh button to "Finish reading at:" to make it recalculate using current time.
- When using "Track works", don't offset the Updated Date unless needed to show an icon.

This version only adds a quick fix to better show some debugging data. See previous version note for more detailed release notes if you're upgrading from 0.2.3.
