Arc-Dark-Quantum
This Theme uses the #2F343F HEX-color the Arc-Dark GTK-3.0 uses (https://github.com/horst3180/Arc-theme). Because I calculated the color value using unaccurate hex color values from screenshots and installed the "arc-theme" package using apt-get, the colors may not be as perfect for you.
