Choose what happens when a tab changes: - Always: Re-mute on any change (reload, new page) - On URL Change: Only re-mute when navigating to a different page - Never: Once unmuted, it stays unmuted

Exclusion List: Mute new tabs unless their URL matches an entry on your list

Add sites you don't want auto-muted. Adding for example youtube.com, makes it match any URL containing it. Each entry can be edited or removed, and there's a button to add the current page's domain with one click. Changes take effect on all open tabs immediately.
