New Features

• Changed compact tabs to Browser-like tabs. When this mode is active, tabs act more like normal browser tabs and AES does not manipulate the tab titles. This also maximizes space on the vertical tab bar.
• Added a collapse button to the Vertical Tab Bar, providing an easy way to collapse the tabs to an icon-only style inspired by Microsoft Edge.
• New Branding color picker with saveable presets
• Added managed Branding policy support so admins can deploy a company-wide Autotask brand color and Logo through Intune, Group Policy, or browser managed storage.

Improvements

• Branding colors now apply to more Autotask and AES surfaces, including tabs, loaders, settings controls, Onyx page accents, and header icons.
• Branding settings now clearly show when the brand color or logo is managed by the organization and disable local editing for those managed values.
• Tab bar location and tab size are now separate settings.
• Added short subtitles to settings to make each option easier to understand.
• Made hover cards more consistent by showing metadata rows even when the value is empty.
• Created more space for tab titles by removing the static close (X) button, the button will now only appear on active tabs or by hovering over a tab.
• Enhanced the Tab Title overflow effect by using shadows instead of three dots.
• AES Tab border is now aligned to the Autotask Tab border style (3px -> 4px)
• The Resource Planner replacement in the top bar now disappears when the window is too narrow, preventing overlap.
• Hover Cards are now properly aligned
• Limited the color picker for Branding to readable colors only to prevent visual issues

Bug Fixes

• Fixed Branding not applying consistently in light/dark mode
• Fixed dropdowns showing multiple arrows in the background.
• Fixed AES Tabs not automatically reloading after refreshing Autotask.
• Fixed new Legacy Contracts opening in browser tabs instead of AES Tabs.
• Fixed a bug where adding Services to a Contract didn't automatically close the Peek window.
• Fixed opening Stocked Items crashing Autotask
• Fixed Edit Ticket in the hover menu opening a seperate browser tab
• Fixed Metadata not showing the proper values when pressing Edit Ticket
• Fixed a regression where +New Ticket would open in a browser tab instead of an AES Tab since v0.9.0
