This version adds formatting and highlights changes in the files hosted at lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov, e.g. https://lawfilesext.leg.wa.gov/biennium/2025-26/Htm/Bills/House%20Bills/2081.htm. It should be much easier to parse the files and pick out edits.

This version works better with RCW/WAC that has notes before the content; e.g., a line that reads " CHANGE IN 2025 ". See for example https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=82.04.299.

Updated so that the reformatting applies when viewing full chapters, not just individual sections; for example https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=43.21A&full=true#43.21A.732.

WAC and RCW now indent up to 5 layers deep. If a paragraph doesn't have a leading parenthetical, then it indents to whatever the preceding paragraph was indented to.
