The text of the selection added by BTH is "Bookmark Tab(s) Here" not "Add Bookmark Here". It is still working properly here on Nightly (currently at v. 116). Make sure you don't have the incompatible (with BTH) "Default Bookmark Folder" add-on installed and that you are indeed using the current version of "Bookmark Tab Here".
