We’ve been using the Cortico plug-in for a while now, and it’s honestly taken a lot of the small admin pain out of the day. It sits right inside the EMR, so we can message patients, send forms, or manage bookings without switching screens. Patients get a secure link by email or text (no app or login) and most of them figure it out right away.

Setup was straightforward, and support was responsive when we had questions. It’s not flashy; it just does what it’s supposed to do and saves everyone time. Our staff definitely notice the difference on busy days.
