Added support for Private Browsing windows.

ClickTabMove now supports moving tabs within Private Browsing sessions. Destination menus are filtered by browsing mode, so regular tabs only show regular windows and groups, while private tabs only show private windows and groups.

Moving private tabs to a new window now creates a new private window.

To use ClickTabMove in private windows, make sure the extension is allowed to run in Private Browsing from Firefox's Add-ons settings.

Destination menus now also exclude non-standard Firefox windows, such as popup or panel windows, and ClickTabMove only appears for normal browser windows.

Updated the default menu settings for new installs and profiles without saved menu settings.

This update improves the reliability and responsiveness of the right-click menu. ClickTabMove now prepares its menu structure in advance and updates only the visible items when the menu opens, making the menu more dependable after startup.

The menu title is clearer when only one move source is available, and the options label for handling pinned tabs moved into tab groups has been clarified.

This release adds support for Firefox tab groups and refreshes the extension for Manifest V3.
