Been using this add-on for years and it still works fine with v109.0 of Firefox. I use a custom Firefox style which eliminates the tab bar (instead relying on All Tabs Helper for navigating tabs via a pulldown list), so this add-on fills the need to quickly close a tab that I'm viewing. I wish we could change the color of the "X" icon, but that's not a deal-breaker.

Not updated for 4 years but still described as working on the "newest" version of Firefox. When the fuck if Mozilla going to get rid of dead add-ons...

Description says: "This is a replacement for browser.tabs.closeButtons feature set to '3' of old firefox."
That's not really true - it shows furthermore the X on all tabs plus an additional X on the titlebar.
I want to remove the X from the inactive tabs and keep it only on the active tab or alternatively one only on the titlebar - all other solutions are "Doppelmoppel" ;-)

Great addon for those missing the close tab button from Tab-Mix Plus. I wish you could choose the color of the X. It gets hard to see in dark mode.

Please make this compatible with "Hide lone tab" css option, as it is it works great until the 1st/last tab hides but the close button stays visible and keeps the tab bar visible too. Also, if there was an option to scale the size down a little it'd be really cool. Thanks for the good work, though, it's appreciated.

Nice add-on, work as advertised, removes the buttons from the tabs and adds a button to the right.
It could only be better if it also removed the close button of the current active tab.

Volle Punktzahl gibt es, wenn der Button kleiner ist oder sich anpassen lässt. Ansonsten ist es das, was seit der Schnittstellenkastration fehlt, da TabMixPlus nicht mehr läuft.
