Right-click on a link and choose "Copy Link Text".

To copy image text: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/copy-image-text/

Holding down the "Shift" key, while choosing "Copy Link Text", now copies the link title (this will require the "<all_urls>" permission).
