This update only affects the users of the Chrome version of the add-on (fixing double notification sounds under Windows 10). Until Firefox adds support for the silent property for notifications you will need to disable the notification sound in the add-on options to avoid this issue.

Some parts of the options interface have been clarified. Most changes in this update are for a different platform and not visible in the Firefox version.

This update addresses the issue where you might get a false notification when using the browser's Back button to go back to your Notification Area or Messages after clicking on a notification or message. Going back in history will no longer count as a new page load from which the extension would try reading the counters.
