Changed keyboard shortcut for reattaching tab to Ctrl-Shift-V (Cmd-Shift-V on MAC) as the previous one conflicted with the built-in Screenshot feature.

Also added support for dark mode on the options page.

Reattach tab added, reattaches detached tab to its previous window and position. Only works for the last detached tab.

Default keyboard shortcut for reattach is Ctrl+Shift+S, configurable in the extensions options.
