If you can't do what it says in the menu, take it out and put it in a pro version only. Don't say you can do it in the app description, but not provide that functionality!

I have been in contact with the app developer for months who does not answer all of my questions which I pose as possible causes of what might be wrong and only instead tells me to do the same things over and over again which I continue to try, wasting much of my time.
I did not want to write a negative review but at this point I feel that I have no choice. When I first got this a few years ago it worked great and I wrote a very positive review. But now that it does not work & I can't get help to make it work I feel compelled to vent about it up here. Sigh.개발자 답글
7년 전에 게시됨Sorry for the let down, there are thousands of PRO users using this. There was a update on Youtube's end which broke 720p v 11.1 fixed this now. - 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 14276314 님, 7년 전I used to love this add-on. Unfortunately, the 3GP option isn't available and the MP3 download option doesn't work. To get an mp4 you must upgrade to "pro" status. I used to give this 5 stars and dropped it to 1. I've switched to another youtube downloader.
