I really love this product, if you can't download it maybe because youtube is blocking you. Log out and try to download again, it worked for me!

We purhased at the beginning of the year. Was good while it worked but kept having to reactivate and now doesn't even do that. Furthermore customer support is non-existent, at least in our case. We have initiated support tickets but never a reply.

This now only allows you to download 'popular videos' as a free user, claiming it requires more systems. Pointless.

I tried this again, and only allows the download of two videos before an endless looping of 'preparing download link'.

There are quite a few YouTube downloaders, but this one works tremendously well and is easy to use. The Pro upgrade extends the range of formats it supports. For just a few dollars I can now grab audio in MP3 or HD videos with essentially no effort. The upgrade makes a good product just that much better.

Was a good downloader.But now it's just as money grabber. After donating I can no longer use it. New requirements involve giving more money. Surprise, surprise!! Don't waste your time on this unless you want to keep feeding money into their pockets. "Reported!!"

Still going strong! Using Pro version. Had difficulty authenticating with the new system. Reached out to the developer and was all set up to go pro again in a couple of hours! Very happy with this outcome. Oh, and did I say the app itself is blindingly awesome? Probably the best/most used of my add ons.

This add-on has been a huge help for me when I've needed to grab videos/audio for when I'm offline. I've purchased the PRO and it makes a huge difference. Definitely a good purchase.

I cannot recommend it more - get this extension !

I'm very satisfied with this YT downloader and it's well worth the fees which I've paid. I accept that I'm going to have to pay something for a quality product. Updates are issued on a frequent basis and it's been a lot more reliable than other downloaders I've tried.

Paid to go Pro 9 months ago and they've now changed how you activate recognize your device. No help when contacting them at all, your basically left on your own. It didn't use to be that way. Say's too many users are contacting him. Well, even when following instructions it doesn't always work!
So at this point I feel you take a chance if you pay to go Pro and cannot recommend doing so.
WAS a great service with great support. Not now.
