Was a good downloader.But now it's just as money grabber. After donating I can no longer use it. New requirements involve giving more money. Surprise, surprise!! Don't waste your time on this unless you want to keep feeding money into their pockets. "Reported!!"

Paid to go Pro 9 months ago and they've now changed how you activate recognize your device. No help when contacting them at all, your basically left on your own. It didn't use to be that way. Say's too many users are contacting him. Well, even when following instructions it doesn't always work!
So at this point I feel you take a chance if you pay to go Pro and cannot recommend doing so.
WAS a great service with great support. Not now.

This add-on is the biggest sham. I have paid twice in the last couple of years. First they said they can't resend me the activation link. And now they are saying they have changed the way pro is activated so again i lost my money and the link is useless. Save your money and don't pay this scammers. I have reported them for abuse.

Im starting to think none of these downloaders work. Youtube must be working to block them.

I donated and have been using this add-on for years, mostly w/o probs, and when I had probs, was easy to get help, quick responses from programmer. With new version, I actually donated again via paypal, followed all steps, have correct version, registered to my paypal email, but get flashing msgs, downloading, can't download, wait, wait, long error msg but disappears before i can read it. Have disabled all blockers, reinstalled sev times, made sure firefox up to date. nothing works, then i sent msg, got response they can't help, too many users, must email. but no email address is given. so basically now i've donated again, can't use the program any more and no way to get support. very unhappy.

I am getting really tired of this thing forgeting I donated, not once but TWICE! FIX IT!

PRO Upgrade worked for 2 months and stopped working. Submitted problem alert via website and email; Dishita does not even open problem emails or webpage problem feedback - they simply send the same form response to everything - all you get is some useless links and you are left feeling like it's your fault for not fixing Dishita's poor programming.
PRO Upgrade is therefore not worth the price - there is no support whatsoever for any problems.

It stopped working and the developer moved to a desktop version. Someone reported that the developer is still taking money for the extension. Should be removed and NOT be a recommended Mozilla add-on. Was very good back when it worked.

The add-on is FREE to download, but as soon as you try to actually use it, it tells you you need to BUY the PRO VERSION!!!

Wants you to pay to actually use the addon now. Don't bother.

You can't download any video or audio file , this add-ons keep ask you to buy the pro version , so i remove it

It is same old hell of advertise as free and harass user for pro.
