<< EDIT 08/14/2019 >> Since my last review the app has been updated and everything is back to normal. My review is back to 5 stars, getting cash back on purchases is great especially large purchases for my business.
<< OLD REVIEW >> Rakuten \ Ebates have a new update version 4.29 circulating for Chrome. Firefox on my home computer was updated with 4.29 although the mozilla add-on site only has version 4.17 available. Version 4.17 has been reported for many not working and does the login link loop instead of applying the coupon. On my work computer i was not able to port extension from chrome and ended up copying the extension XPI from home computer to work computer and now its working again. I'm disappointing that Rakuten who have been aware of this issue are not updating the add-on for fire fox which suggest they have less interest (for an unknown reason) to support Firefox. The extension can also be ported to work with Opera.

- 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 18488372 님, 한 달 전Installed and two out of two purchases did not track. Simply doesn't work. Contacted Rakuten and received the generic "we will reach out" response. Hard to believe there is something worse than their normal tracking. So not only is this add on extremely intrusive with pop ups it doesn't work.
Reply to developer response: How exactly will you "review this" other than to say we'll reach out to the merchant and if they didn't track it then it is the users fault? Fact is there are better cash back sites that actually have relationships with merchants rather than Rakuten's "oh well, it's your fault" response.개발자 답글

Then, you can download our Rakuten Browser Extension from our website, Rakuten.com, or through Firefox Browser Add-Ons page. I've literally lost hundreds of dollars since this app doesn't work. I've been promised money back, I click on what needs to be done, it's confirmed and NOTHING. It's a scam.

9달 전에 게시됨If you see you are making Shopping Trips and our extension is activating, then it may be some internet traffic filtering service or VPN is active or an issue with the merchant recognizing the order as eligible for Cash Back through us. - 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 16471973 님, 10달 전It said 20%. I used this as opposed to a promo with another website for vitamins. I got zilch. Nothing whatsoever after it popped up showing me 20%. Completed order.
