... since weeks, it pops up "advises" randomly on pages and systematically on pdf, despite the opting out (hidden in the prefrences).
Without any move from evernote the only posibility is to uninstall the trespasser.

Now it doesn't even work. Will not access my Evernote folders, and just keeps trying until I end the operation. Also, what's with all the new, annoying, and impossible to disable "feature" pop-ups?! Stop bothering me. I know how it is supposed to work. I actually pay for the product, too. A pity OneNote sucks worse.

I use english firefox not CN firefox, and I want to login as CN evernote server, which means yinxiang.com . But I didn't find any method to swich to CN server. rubbish！！！

In my opinion the latest version of this add-on works great in FF 51/Win10 configuration. You have to check "Remember me for 30 days" ticker AND add set FF to accept and keep cookies from https://evernote.com. Otherwise you will have to log in each time you start FF. With these options set, things works just fine. Clipping, saving PDFs, saving entire Gmail conversation - options I use the most. After successful clipping the note is immediately visible in the web interface and on my phone (after a sync). I give 4* because of the complications with staying logged in.

I was a little bit concerned reading all the negative reviews on here, but I just installed it and everything seems to be working smoothly and in the way I'm used to from Chrome. (FF 51.0.1 and OS 10.12.3)

Beim Klick auf das Icon öffnet sich ganz kurz ein Popup und schließt sich sofort wieder. Keine Anmeldung möglich. Trotz aktueller FF-Version, Popups werden nicht blockert, kein Adblocker.

the review is for the web clipper. I have not been able to log in to it on Firefox for a couple of months. Tried everything. Still can't log in. However, it works fine in Chrome, probably because Chrome modifies add-ins to function correctly in Chrome. Don't know what the hell is going on at Evernote.

I kept hoping the pop-ups would be short-lived. But no. Every single time I open a PDF file. I use pdf files a lot with my work. Days turn into weeks turn into months....my patience is at an end. I am removing this add-on.

Continuous pop-ups with no way of getting rid of them. Pop ups print with PDF documents, which is incredibly annoying and a waste of paper/ink. Searched the forums on this issue. It has been widely reported by other users. Evernote will not address the issue, believing that people who downloaded the add-on, need to be reminded of what the add-on does....

Would be great if the contex menu option allowed the user to specify a folder to save to.

I could not try this extension since it keeps asking to log in. I use Google SSO.

I loved this when it worked...Clicking icon to clip presents new sign in screen but doesn't progress further. It broke sometime last week, reinstall seemed to work a few times but not anymore...Firefox 50.1.0. Roll back to earlier version seemed to fix it. Not appearing anymore in different machines that are sync with Firefox. Support site link does not link to this add-on's support site hence bug report in review section.

It often fails to clip. Missed clips don't have body text. That had never happened in the former add-on clearly.
This add-on "clearly" symbolize the decline and fall of Evernote.

No problems at all, using Adguard. Therefore I don't know if Adblock is the trouble.

My only niggle is that I'd like the Save button at the bottom of the dropdown, after choosing folder etc - would be more intuitive. And that is such a trivial thing.

It looks like there have been some significant changes in the way Web Clipper interacts with browsers and it looks like, for many users, this has made it unusable. Apparently, now it only works if all cookies are allowed, which is unacceptable.

I can't imagine how this change was necessary. It looks like yet another case of developers feeling the need to endlessly/pointlessly tinker with a perfectly good product.

In the meantime, I've downgraded to a previous version, but my keyboard shortcut no longer works with it.

I tried the latest web clipper 6.10 with FF 50.1.0 and the latest version of Windows 10. Like many had issues, so I decided to go back to an older version. Here is the version that is working for me.

For weeks now the Evernote webclipper doesn't work with Firefox. Perhaps they'll fix it once they're back from their New Year Holidays later this year.

After installation, login including 2-factor works well. However, afterwards, the Webclipper Icon remains with the red dot. Klicking on it, opens a window for a second, this window closes again and that is it. No function, nothing. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help either. Sorry, but this is bad. Especially, as it forces me to use other browsers where Web Clipper actually works. :-(
