Website Content

Glass AI operates locally within the Firefox browser. Any content displayed or interacted with (including ChatGPT conversations) remains on the user's device and is handled entirely by the websites the user visits, subject to their own privacy policies. Glass AI does not access, read, modify, or transmit the content of your conversations.

Permissions

The extension requires limited Firefox permissions solely to modify the appearance and layout of supported webpages (chat.openai.com and chatgpt.com). These permissions are used only to apply visual UI enhancements and do not enable access to personal data outside the active webpage. Specifically:

Storage: Used only to save user preference settings locally on your device
Tabs: Used to detect when supported webpages are opened
Scripting: Used to inject CSS and JavaScript for visual modifications
Third-Party Services

Glass AI does not integrate with third-party services, APIs, or external servers. It does not inject advertisements, modify network requests, or communicate with any external services whatsoever. All functionality operates entirely within your browser.

Children's Privacy

Glass AI does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
