Privacy Policy for JIRA AI Ticket Generator

JIRA AI Ticket Generator does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

The extension allows users to optionally connect their Jira account via OAuth 2.0 using Atlassian. This authentication is handled securely through Atlassian’s official login system. The extension does not access or store user credentials such as passwords.

Authentication tokens (access and refresh tokens) are stored locally on the user’s device using browser storage and are only used to interact with the user’s Jira account for actions such as creating issues. These tokens are never transmitted to our servers.

User input may be sent to third-party AI services (such as Groq/OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating ticket content. This data is not stored by the extension and is only processed temporarily.

Any API keys or settings are stored locally on the user's device using browser storage and are never transmitted to our servers.

We do not track users, use analytics, or collect browsing history.
