Strava changed the url and UI of the heatmap the other day and this extension stopped working as a result. This update should get it working again. The currently selected sport and color parameters are now pulled from the url query string.

Fixed the Open in iD button that was not working as expected. The url format with a background parameter in the query string has stopped working. Moving the parameter to the fragment after the # and properly encoding the imagery url value resolved the issue.

This release improves the workflow by adding buttons to directly open the heatmap imagery in the JOSM or iD editor via remote control. The previous copy/paste workflow is also maintained for those who prefer to add a persistent imagery layer to their editor. Thanks to @dericke for the PR! #3

A toggle for the tms: prefix on the url is also added since it is needed when updating an existing JOSM layer, but causes problems when adding a new layer and in other editors.

- The heatmap url is now built using the currently selected color and activity
- Works properly in Firefox container tabs now
- Added error handling in case any of the required cookies aren't found
- Fixed an issue where the button didn't show up after initial login, requiring a page refresh
