Dr. Hunter Thompson Lockwood 님, 9달 전this is a must-have for me. it's been a lifesaver. i have recommended it to many people over the years and included it in lectures to students.
if you find yourself accidentally or automatically navigating to certain websites, but don't want to block them completely, check out the "delay" feature -- you'll be amazed at how a delay of 2-8 seconds can rewire your brain.
