MaiWaifu does not store user information specific to the extension anywhere except in the user's local storage. This includes the preferences you've selected from the settings menu on twitch. The Waifu that you've uploaded to the website may be shared and saved to other users storage via the MaiWaifu extension. No personally identifiable information is given to other users in any case.
