Loading the main youtube page and then opening a video now works.

Added add-on options for setting custom urls and key combos, as well as the ability to enable autoplay. You can find this page by opening about:addons and clicking the options button next to this extension.

The autoplay feature only pauses the other media player when starting a youtube video and only starts it again when the video has finished playing.

This is the first release of the Web Extension version of this add-on.

Due to the conversion, some features have been removed or modified:
1. The browser window must be active for media keys to be detected.
2. Only Play/Pause is supported; this is a Firefox limitation.
2. Pinned tabs get priority over all other tabs when pressing a media key.
3. The autoplay feature is disabled by default and cannot be enabled until I create a configuration page for the add-on.
