MedPrism Firefox v1.3
Adds Points to Consider section to the full report, showing paper-specific observations that warrant attention but are not formal integrity flags. Also adds the MedPrism splash screen to the popup and full report, and fixes tab focus to return to the paper after consent acknowledgement.
