Information we collect
- Email address: only if you subscribe to Minibase Plus, used solely for subscription management and payment via Stripe.
- Usage count: free conversions are counted locally in your browser to enforce the free tier. This never leaves your device.
- Anonymous usage analytics: anonymous interaction data (e.g. button clicks, feature usage) to improve Minibase. No personal information, browsing history, or page content is included. Each user is assigned a random anonymous identifier we cannot tie back to you. Processed via PostHog (EU servers), retained 1 year.

Information we process but do not store
- Webpage content: when you convert a page, its content is sent to our API for AI processing in real time and is NOT stored on our servers after the conversion completes.

We do not sell your data. Subscription email is stored encrypted (Cloudflare KV) until you cancel; webpage content is deleted immediately after processing.
